Mirabai Winford founded Purebaby five years ago following the birth of her daughter Samara. Unable to find anything suitable for her own baby, Mirabai was inspired to create a new range of babies’ clothing made of the best possible organic fabrics.
In 2002, the Purebaby retail store opened in Surry Hills, Melbourne and the environmentally friendly, affordable and stylish range fast became a favourite of mothers wanting the very best for their babies.
Two years later the Purebaby business expanded to include Mirabai’s husband Sanjay and business partners Symone and Andrew Demetriou, parents of young twin girls who found a synergy in the benefits of beautifully organic products.
Today, Purebaby proudly continues to create exquisitely designed, quality organic clothing for babies and toddlers at an affordable price.
Each piece in the Purebaby range is made from pure cotton of the highest certified standard, grown and harvested in an environmentally sensitive way without the use of toxic chemicals. Comfortable and soft, Purebaby fabrics are absorbent and safe for babies so the skin is never irritated - beautifully designed and beautifully organic. x
