 Online Returns

We hope that you enjoy your purchase, however if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund*.


*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Return must be received by Purebaby within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached.
  • No refund for change of mind on sale items, exchange only.


Then simply post your order along with your returns/exchange form to the following address:

Please note that your return postage will not be reimbursed, however Purebaby will send the replacement items to you free of charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to select a postage option with tracking for your return as we can not take responsibility for parcels that do not arrive to us.

If the items requested in exchange are not available or further payment is required we will contact you. To avoid disappointment we recommend placing another order online and requesting a refund for the returned goods.

Exchange goods will be sent to you via Startrack Express. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.

 

In Store Return of Online Order

Online purchases can be returned to a Purebaby store for exchange only. No refunds will be given in store for online purchases. Return must meet the conditions stated above. No returns to outlet stores.

 

Damaged or faulty goods

Purebaby, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange, credit voucher or refund on any product purchased directly from one of our own stores exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault, being unfit for the product intended purpose, significantly different from what was shown to you or in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumers guarantees.

Refunds are to be processed using the original tender type.

Eftpos refunds must be processed against the original card. Customer name address and contact number must be provided for all refunds.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact the Online Customer Service team on 1300 894 203 or email online@purebaby.com.au. We will arrange for this to be returned to us for assessment and if deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment we will offer you a replacement or credit.

If the item is assessed and is not deemed to be a fault in the manufacture of the garment, we will return the item/s to you. Please note that we will only accept returns originally purchased online.

 

Goods received in error

If you believe you have received an item that differs to what you ordered please contact the Online Customer Service team on 1300 894 203 or email online@purebaby.com.au. We will arrange for this to be returned to us and for the correct item/s to be sent.

CHANGE OF MIND – Return / Exchange Policy

 

Purebaby, subject to proof of purchase, is happy to provide an exchange or credit voucher on full price items purchased directly from one of our own stores, which are unwashed and unworn and in original condition with swing tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

An exchange will be offered on Gift Receipts, Sale items or items purchased during a promotional offer within 14 days of purchase.

 

Purebaby is unable to provide a refund for change of mind.

 

Hair Brushes:

For health reasons we are unable to offer you a return or exchange on hair brushes.
