  How do I place an order online?

Add items to your cart by browsing through the product categories, you can click on an item for more details. Select the size you would like to purchase and press 'add to cart'.

Access your cart by clicking the cart button in the top right hand of the website. On this page you can make changes to your cart, remove items, select to have your order gift wrapped and check out.

You have the option to check out as a guest, or create an account. You will need to provide your billing address, shipping address, and payment details all on a secure page. All payments are taken in AUD.

Once the payment is finalised you will receive an order confirmation email.

  How much is delivery?

Australian deliveries

  • Flat rate $9.50 Australia wide
  • Startrack express courier

International deliveries 

  • Flat rate of $19.95 for all International orders
  • DHL Express courier
  How long will delivery take?

Australian deliveries

  • Dispatch is usually within 2-4 business days of placing order*

International deliveries 

  • Australia Post International - Registered Post
  • Dispatch is usually within 5-7 business days of placing order

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be dispatched during sale periods

  Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?

We do not currently offer delivery to a PO Box.

  Can I return or exchange my order?

We hope that you enjoy your purchase as much as we do, however if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order we will happily assist in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund*.

*Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Return must be received by Purebaby within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached
  • No refund for change of mind on sale merchandise

  Can I return my order in store?

To exchange your purchase in a Purebaby store you must provide your original invoice.

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached
  • No return or exchange on sale items

Refunds cannot be processed in store, these need to be sent back to online. Alternatively you can obtain a credit note in store.

  Can I pay with a gift voucher?

You can purchase online using your gift voucher as payment. Please enter the voucher number and pin at checkout whilst you are viewing your cart. You can redeem part of your order, and the balance will remain on your voucher or you may spend more then your voucher balance and pay for the remainder on credit card or paypal.

  Can I redeem two gift vouchers in one order?

Only one gift voucher/gift card can be redeemed per order.

  What if I have a gift voucher with no PIN?

If you have a gift voucher that was issued in a Purebaby retail store or from our old website that does not have a PIN, please email your voucher number to the online customer serivce team and we will re-issue you a voucher with a PIN that you can redeem online.

  How do I redeem my promotion code online?

In your cart your can click on the 'use promotion code' button which will provide you a space to enter your promotion code. This will apply the promotion to the items in your cart/your order.

  Can I redeem multiple promotion codes?

Only one promotion code can be used on any one online order as these promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

  Can I pay with a store credit note?

Credit notes issued by in a Purebaby store cannot be redeemed online. Please contact the online team at for further information.

  I have sent something back and haven't heard anything yet

Please check the tracking on your return parcel to ensure the parcel has been received by us and then contact us at to enquire about the status of your return/exchange.
